I am part country, part city…and all woman. I love to tell stories which are always best accompanied by my homemade goodies. During such indulgences, I've managed to entertain with my triumphs and trials in the world of dating. It's struck me over the years just how many times, I've heard (over a mouthful of my famous "Biscotti"), “Erin, you should write a book.” And so, here it is. I may not have a professional background in baking but if they gave out degrees for sugar addictions, I would be on the honor roll. I truly am happiest when I am baking.
There were many times throughout this process when I felt vulnerable about sharing my sometimes odd but always entertaining experiences. But then I thought, who am I kidding, because if we met you would know my whole life story in about five minutes. It’s taken years of dating, many bottles of red wine and many hours of listening to Coldplay CDs to make this book possible. I’ve unlocked my vault of emotions...and my favourite recipes! Eat, bake and be happy!
